Ready to health hack your way to incredible energy and health?! We’ll have a health hacking ice plunging station set up for you. If you haven’t tried daily ice therapy yet, you’re in for a treat! -
There will be three deep dive leadership sessions where you’ll be guided to see and shift whats been in your blindspots and hence holding you back from accessing your next level in life and business.
Participants from previous retreats have said that these leadership sessions caused pivotal shifts within them.

On the final night, we’ll be celebrating all thats been shifted and recreated in style…
Picture this… You’re all dressed up and feeling fab, chatting about (and hence ‘breathing life into’) the new vision that you’re now seeing. A waiter refills your glass, while private chefs put the finishing touches on the dinner. You look out and deeply remember how good it gets to be. -

Yes, and its a surprise. One of my favourite things to do is to create experiences for people that facilitate big shifts. And this retreat will be no different!
While Im not telling you everything I have planned for you, I will say is this…
There will be ZERO driving around in the heat and tight schedules to meet. Im bringing everything to the villa, so that we dont waste time and energy driving from place to place.
In addition to that, the things Ill provide at the villa are not compulsory. This is YOUR week, and you’ll be able to choose what feels amazing to you
